External self
Shed the layers
Of your grief
That built up me
As my foundation
Your energy is vanishing
And I lost myself in your memory
Now all that is left of me
Is my mind and internal being
Finding our self freeing
It isn't an illusion we're seeing
It's our true selves we should be seeking
